Appellate Case Information System
The Appellate Case Information System (ACIS) is now live in all of Florida’s appellate courts. ACIS allows users to search court dockets and available case documents for the Florida Supreme Court and all six of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal. It is important to note some case dockets and documents may be restricted by rule, statute, or otherwise unavailable to the public. Attorneys of record and self-represented litigants must register to obtain access to documents in their cases. Attorneys of record who have already registered with ACIS in one appellate court do not need to re-register in the remaining appellate courts. There is no need to register to search public documents.
